What we liked
- + 5 ft drain hose allows continuous draining, so you do not have to empty the tank daily
- + Auto shut-off stops the unit when the tank is full
- + One-button control and a lift handle make it easy to move between bathroom and closet
Trade-offs
- - Semiconductor (thermoelectric) units remove far less water than compressor dehumidifiers
- - The 650 sq ft figure is optimistic for a genuinely damp apartment
